Coaching + mentorship program
How does it work?
The Fellows coaching program offers professional coaching and mentoring services to every TED Fellow. Your first twelve sessions are free, though some coaches continue working with Fellows for free long after the initial sessions.
TED coaches and mentors are seasoned professionals who are so inspired by the program’s mission that they donate their time to Fellows. Support from a world-class coach or mentor has enabled Fellows to grow in their professional and personal lives, helping them take full advantage of their TED Fellowship. As a result of coaching, Fellows have also reported many breakthroughs in financial planning, organizational effectiveness, confidence and interpersonal relationships.
This program was started by the generous support of the Harnisch Foundation and the vision of Renee Freedman, who established and ran the program for many years. It is now run by TED Fellow and coach Alanna Shaikh.
