1. Turn in your final talk script and slides

• All Fellows must finalize the script and slides for the talk before they arrive at the TED conference. There are no exceptions. In our experience, finishing your talk well before you get to TED is the key to having a successful conference.

2. Fellows pre-conference

• All Fellows gather in Vancouver for three days before the TED conference begins for rehearsals, activities and workshops.

3. The TED conference

• It’s time! The conference will kick off with the Fellows talks. Then you’ll have time to enjoy the conference, get to know your fellow Fellows, connect with other attendees and have fun!
